Young Chefs Culinary Academy was founded by Rhylie Pulsipher—a culinary professional, educator, veteran, and lifelong leader with a passion for guiding young people toward confidence and success.
Rhylie was born in 1994 in Riverside, California, and in 2001 moved to Texas, where she grew up, graduated high school, and began her journey of service by joining the United States Army. That early foundation of discipline, structure, and leadership continues to shape her teaching philosophy today.
After completing her military service, Rhylie pursued her passion for food and education through formal culinary training and real-world industry experience.
Rhylie brings both hands-on culinary expertise and advanced business and leadership education to every program she designs.
