Semester Registration & Materials Fee

Registration & Materials Fee = Per Student, Per Year 


$40 Littles | $100 Junior/Teen


This one-time semester fee supports student onboarding and provides each enrolled child with their required program materials.


 

The registration fee includes:

  • Student onboarding & records
  • Program books & curriculum materials 
  • Official chef uniform items
    (chef coat, apron, and/or hat as required by age level)
  • Student passport or progress tracker
  • Skill-level tracking, evaluations, and advancement records
  • Semester planning & seat reservation
     

 The registration and materials fee is charged once per student per academic year, regardless of enrollment type (per class, half program, or full program). This fee covers onboarding, uniforms, and learning materials. The registration fee is not recharged when a student upgrades or adds programs within the same academic year. Additional materials fees may apply if a student advances to a program level with expanded equipment. (e.g.,  Little Chef → Junior/Teen level). 

Please note:

  • Registration fees are separate from tuition
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. 
  • Workshops, camps, and one-day events do not require a registration fee

Founding Families Benefit

Founding Families  are eligible to receive a reduced or complimentary registration for their first semester plus more savings.


This includes all required program materials, chef uniform items, and student onboarding. Founding families receive extra perks and packages.

Registration fees apply in future semesters once students are established in the program.

YCCA Culinary Arts

Affordable Culinary Programs: Weekly classes, small groups, hands-on fun.

Little Chefs (Ages 5-7)

  • Program length: 6 weeks rotating curriculum
  • Session time: 45 minutes
  • Full program: $135
  • Per Class Price: $30

Per-class enrollment is designed as a trial or short-term option and does not include full program materials.  

Per-Class Enrollment Does Not Include:

  • Enhanced or embroidered chef coat or apron
  • Student textbooks or printed curriculum books
  • Skill badges, patches, or advancement tracking
  • End-of-session evaluations or progress reports.

Junior Chefs (Ages 8-12)

  • Program length: 8 weeks rotating curriculum
  • Session time: 90 minutes
  • Full program: $280
  • Per Class Price: $35

Per-class enrollment is designed as a trial or short-term option and does not include full program materials.  

Per-Class Enrollment Does Not Include:

  • Enhanced or embroidered chef coat or apron
  • Student textbooks or printed curriculum books
  • Skill badges, patches, or advancement tracking
  • End-of-session evaluations or progress reports

Teen Chefs (Ages 13-17)

  • Program length: 12 weeks rotating curriculum
  • Session time: 120-150 minutes depending on the curriculum. Parents will be notified ahead of time.
  • Full program: $500
  • Half program (6weeks): $260
  • Per Class Price: $45
  • Optional Professional Certification Track: +$155

Per-class enrollment is designed as a trial and does not include any full program materials.  

The Half Program is designed for students who want a short-term option and does not include ALL full program materials.


YCCA Baking & Pastry

Bake & create: Precision, creativity, science & fun.

Little Bakers (Ages 5-7)

  • Program length: 6 weeks rotating curriculum
  • Session time: 60 minutes
  • Full program: $150
  • Per Class Price: $30

  • Student textbooks or printed curriculum books

Junior Bakers (Ages 8-12)

  • Program length: 10 weeks rotating curriculum
  • Session time: 60-80 minutes, depending on curriculum
  • Full program: $260
  • Per Class Price: $40

Per-class enrollment is designed as a trial or short-term option and does not include full program materials.  

Per-Class Enrollment Does Not Include:

  • Enhanced or embroidered chef coat or apron
  • Student textbooks or printed curriculum books

Families enrolling by individual class may choose to purchase optional program items. These items are included at no additional cost in full-program enrollments.

Add-ons are completely optional and may be purchased at registration or added later while supplies last.

  •  Printed Recipe & Skills Workbook:$25
  •  Digital Curriculum Access: $20
  •  Skill Patches and Badges:  $8 (Replacement or Add-On) 

Discounts

  • Sibling Discount: 5% off tuition for each additional sibling enrolled
  • Multi-Program Discount: 5% off when a student is enrolled in both Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry programs.
  • Military Members & Veterans: 10% off when paid in full,10% off Multi-program enrollment. May not be used together.


Payment Plans are available, especially when booking months in advance. However, non-refundable registration fees and a non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of enrollment. Limited Community Access seats in each session for families in need. Contact us to learn more!

Class Schedule Overview

 Young Chefs Culinary Academy offers structured weekly classes designed to fit a variety of family schedules. While our programs follow consistent schedule blocks by age group and program type, exact class days and times may vary by session.

Final schedules are always confirmed during enrollment.
